For example, we will not sell your name and phone number to an unrelated party for the purposes of marketing goods and services to you, but we may provide your contact information in conjunction with a proposal deck to potential investors. We may also disclose personal data if required to do so by law, to prevent fraud, or in other instances in which we deem it necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
